Common Name Retana's Kefersteinia [Director of Lankester Botanical Gardens in Cost Rica current]

Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]

Found in Costa Rica on the Pacific watershed at elevations around 500 to 800 meters meters as a small sized, warm growing epiphyte with 2 to 3, narrowly oblanceolate, acute leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, 1.6" [4 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with 4 bracts.
