Common Name Elaeanor's Lepanthes

Found in northern Venezuela at elevations around 1600 to 2300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing, caespitose epiphyte with an erect stem enveloped by 3 to 4, tubular, lepanthiform sheaths and carrying elliptic to elliptic-ovate, rounded and tridenticulate, attenuate below into the shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms on a longer than the leaf, 1.2" [3 cm] long, successively single or 2, few flowered inflorescence with tubular, muricate, as long as the ovary floral bracts.
