Common Name The Overlapping Pleurothallis [refers to the leaves]

Flower Size .2" [5 mm]

Found in Minas Gerais state of Brazil at elevations above 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing, densely caespitose epiphyte with erect to ascending, filiform, densely fasciculate, short, slightly flexuous ramicauls carrying a single, apical, fleshy, subflat, light green with dark purple spots, narrowly oblong-spathulate to lanceolate, sharp apically, long and narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the summer on a solitary to fasciculate, straight to slightly flexuous, terete, .24 to .48" [6 to 12 mm] long, shorter to slightly longer than the leaf, successively single, few flowered inflorescence with slightly membraneous, brown, somewhat dilated apically, obliquely truncate and acute apically, shorter than the pedicel floral bracts.
