Found in Cochabamba department of Bolivia in forests at elevations around 1750 meters as a super-mini-miniature sized [less than 1/2" tall total], cool growing epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by 2, microscopically pubescent lepanthiform sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, subacute to obtuse, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the early summer on a congested, distichous, .28" [7 mm] long, successively single, 2 flowered inflorescence with minutely ciliate floral bracts.
