Common Name Isabel's Lepanthes [named for Claudia Isabel Cortez - Guatemalan Orchid Wife]

Found in Guatemala at elevations of 1400 to 1600 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect, slender ramicauls with 4 to 6, adpressed, minutely pubescent leapanthiform sheaths with dilate ostia and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, pendent, oblanceolate, acute, tridenticulate apically, narrwosa below into a petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on a 1+, congested, distichous, shorter than the leaf, .4 to .6" [1 to 1.5 cm] long, successively single, few flowered inflorescence.
