Common Name Javier's Lepanthes [Guatemalan son of Collector of species current]

Flower Size .14" [3.5 mm]

Found in Guatemala at elevations around 600 meters as a miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by 4 to 9, adpressed, minutely glandular-pubescent lepanthiform sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, subconcave, elliptic, acute, tridentate apically, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a congested, distichous, .8 to 1.2" [2 to 3 cm] long including the .092" [2.3 mm] long peduncle, successively single, several flowered inflorescence arising on the back side of the leaf.
