Found in Venezuela at elevations around 1700 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by lepanthiform sheaths with expanded, shortly hispid ostia and carrying a single, apical, erect, thinly coriaceous, narrowly ovate to suborbicular, acute, acuminate, tridenticulate, cuneate to rounded below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on 1 to 4, erect, dense, to 1" [2.5 cm] long, successively sevaral to many flowered inflorescence
