Common Name The Paria Lepanthes [A Penninsula in northeastern Veenzuela]

Found in Venezuela at elevations around 750 to 1300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with erect, slender ramicauls enveloped by lepanthiform sheaths with dilated acuminate ostia with ciliate margins and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, ventrally velvety, elliptical, acute, acuminate, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a filiform, erect, short fractiflex, 1.2" [3 cm] long including the .4" [1 cm] long peduncle, successively single, several flowered inflorescence arising on the top of the leaf.
