Found in Costa Rica at elevations around 1200 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by about 10, ciliate lepanthiform sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, glabrous, ovate, obtuse-acuminate, tridentate apically cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a much shorter than the leaf, distichous, .6" [1.5 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, muriculate floral bracts.
