Common Name The Three Tailed Lepanthes

Found in northwestern Venezuela at elevations of 2500 to 3000 meters in cloud forests as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte with erect, ramicauls enveloped basally by 3 to 5 lepanthiform sheaths and carrying a single, apical erect, coriaceous, elongate, attenuate, minutely tridenticulate apically leaf that blooms on a few erect, 1 to 1.5" [2.5 to 3.75 cm] long, successively single flowered inflorescence.
