Common Name The Short Stemmed Liparis

Flower Size.8" [2 cm]

Found in Borneo, New Guinea and the Philippines on trees in lower montane forests at elevations around 800 to 1500 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with n ovoid pseudobulb neveloped by leaf sheaths carrying 2, apical, erect, green mottled whitelanceolate, acute leaves that blooms in the fall and later winter on an erect, peduncle 6" [15 cm] long, provided with a few, well spaced, bracts, rachis to 8" [20 cm] long, laxly many flowered inflorescence.

Schlechter states that the flowers are green.
