Common Name Ames' Liparis [American Botanist late 1800 to early 1900's]
Flower Size
Found only in the Philippines as a miniature sized, epiphyte with a thin repent rhizome with about .4" [1 cm] between each pyriform pseudobulb carrying a single linear, acute leaf that blooms in the late fall and early winter on a winged, thin, short, provided with distichous, closeset, acute bracts, successively 1 to 2, several flowered inflorescence.
