Flower Size .72 to .92" [1.8 to 2.3 cm]

Found in Queensland Australia among granite boulders in open areas of rainforests at elevations of 650 to 900 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with 2 ovoid to shortly conical, tapered stems carrying 3 to 6, stalkless, thin textured, dark green, wavy margin, sharply acute leaves with raised purplish veins beneath that blooms in the mid spring through early summer 0on an erect, 6 to 14" [15 to 35 cm] long, 6 to 20 flowered inflorescence.
