Found in Madgascar, Mauritius, Reunion and the Seychelles as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing terrestrial with oblique, the most recent pseudobulb carrying 3 to 4, plicate, suberect, lanceolate to oval, acute leaves that blooms in the spring on a longer than the leaves, to 3.2" [to 8 cm] long, loose, several flowered inflorescence with oval-lanceolate, acuminate, mostly equalling half as long as the pedicel floral bracts.
