Common Name Lauterbach's Liparis

Found in eastern Java at 900 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing orchid with close set, flattened pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, linear, acute leaf that blooms on a 6.8" 17 cm] long, laxly flowered inflorescence.
Comber states that this one may be extinct as its type location no longer has forest and he searched the area for more than 7 years.
