Common Name The Scale-Like Flower Liparis

Found in west Sumatra at elevations around 1150 to 1900 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing terrestrial with close set, ovate to ovate-oblong, strongly flattened, acute angled, fleshy, pale green pseudobulbs carrying 2, articulate, membraneous, narrowly lanceolate, acute, gradually narrowing below into the base leaves that blooms on a terminal, angular, peduncle to 1.6" [4 cm] long, longer than the leaves, 8" [20 cm] long overall, laxly 6 to 28 flowered inflorescence with triangular, acute, shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
