Common Name or Meaning The Pale Liparis

Flower Size 3/4" [1.8 cm]

Found in Java, Sumatra and the Philippines in montane forests at elevations of 1000 to 2500 meters as a medium sized sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with close set, basally ovoid, gradually narrowing towards the apex pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, lanceolate, acute, arising from a narrow base leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on a terminal, erect, to 16" [40 cm] long, to 50 flowered, longer than the leaf inflorescence with lanceolate, acute, longer than the pedicels and ovaries floral bracts.
