Common Name The Antenna Carrying Luisia

Flower Size .08 x .04" [2 x 1 mm]

Found in Thailand, Malayasia, Vietnam, Java, Sumatra and Borneo at elevations of 250 to 1100 meters as a large sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with a terete, rigid, dark green, more or less violet flushed stem carrying several, terete, shallowly furrowed, dark green, violet flushed leaves that blooms on a short, adpressed to the stem, several to many flowered inflorescence with spreading, shortly trilobed, obtuse, concave floral bracts.

CAUTION This species in general is a conundrum as references are inconsistent in the shape and form of the flower, but this drawing is the type so it is absolutely correct! Peter's photo seems to fit quite well.
