Found in north Kanara India at elevations above 800 meters as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with an erect stem carrying several, ascending, bluntly rounded apcially leaves that blooms at most any time of the year on an axillary, short, single flowered inflorescence carrying apple green becoming yellowish brown with age flowers
