Common Name Ramos' Luisia - In China Kuan Ban Chai Zi Gu

Flower Size 1/2" [1.25 cm]

Found in Ghuangxi and Hainan provinces of China as well as Vietnam and the Philippines in open forests along valleys on tree trunks at elevations around 800 meters as a small sized, warm growing epiphyte with terete, obtuse leaves that blooms in the spring and summer from below the old leafless sheath bases on 1 to 2, to .8" [2 cm] long, 4 to 8 flowered inflorescence with ovate-triangular, fleshy floral bracts
