Common Name or Meaning The Philippine Macropodanthus
Flower Size .6" [1.5 cm]
Found only in the Philippines at elevations up to 500 meters as a semi-pendulous, miniature sized, hot growing epiphyte with a short stem carrying a few, 2 ranked, narrowly oblong-lanceolate, leathery, acute and oblique apically leaves that blooms on an axillary, pendulous, 6" [15 cm] long, to 15 flowered inflorescence with floral segments that reflex after opening for a day or so.
