Common Name Finet's Malaxis - In China Er Ji Zhao Lan

Flower Size .15" [3 to 4mm]

Found in Hainan province of China and Vietnam in forests at elevations around 800 meters as a small sized, warm growing terrestrial with a cylindric, fleshy stem enveloped by sheaths and carrying usually 4, grouped together, ovate, ovate-oblong to ovate lanceolate, acuminate to subacute, amplexicaul towards the petiolate base leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, wingless, grooved when dried, 6 to 9.2" [15 to 23 cm] long, 20+ flowered inflorescence with reflexed, narrowly lanceolate floral bracts.
