Part shade Warm Cool

Common Name The The Mosquito Carrying Robiquetia [refers to the diminutive size of the flowers]

Flower Size small

Found in Sumatra at elevations around 1000 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a flattened stem carrying tough, broadly striped, strap-shaped but basally and apically narrowing leaves that blooms on a slender, 6" [15 cm] long, lax, many flowered inflorescence with 2 to 3, clasping bracts 2" [5 cm] up and ovate, acute floral bracts carrying non-resupinate, well spaced flowers.

CAUTION I have no way of verifying this determination and have reservations as the description says the flowers are non-resupinate and the photo has resupinate flowers. The leaves are supposed to be striped as well and the photo has clear green leaves so please use with caution!.

Synonyms Malleola culicifera (Ridl.) Garay 1972; *Saccolabium culiciferum Ridl. 1917
