Found in Sabah Borneo in lowlands hill forests at elevations of 250 to 600 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot to warm, pendulous growing epiphyte with a few to several, oblong, shallowly obtusely unequally bilobed apically, with a small mucro in between leaves that blooms in the fall on a lateral, pendent, slender, mauve-purple, simple, racemose, 4 to 5.6" [10 to 14 cm] long, subdensely many flowered inflorescence with 3 triangular-ovate, acute bracts and triangular-ovate, acute floral bracts.
