Found in Sichuan province of China along roadsides at elevations of 1000 to 1200 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing terrestrial with subglobose pseudobulbs carrying 3, erect to spreading, suboblong to oblong-lanceolate, obscurely sheathing-petiolate base leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, narrowly winged, .24 ti .28" [6 ti 7 mm] wide, peduncle to 4.8" [12 cm] long, rachis .8" [2 cm] long, to 12 flowered inflorescence with spreading, narrowly lanceolate, spreading shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
