Common Name The Zebra Like Masdevallia

Flower Size .8" [2 cm]

Found in northern Peru with no known locality as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with blackish, erect, slender ramicauls enveloped basally by 2 to 3 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, subacute, cuneate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring and fall

CAUTION I am not sure of this determination so please use with caution. The flower detail shows a straight lip and Luer's drawing has a bent lip, and Eisses photo just does not show enough detail to be sure. Luer's drawing is absolutely correct.
