Found in Guyana, northern Brazil and Ecuador on tepui slopes at elevations around 700 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with clustered, elliptic-oblong, laterally compressed, sulcate, clear green pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, linear, round apically, narrowing below into the shortly petiolate base leaf that blooms on an erect, shorter than the leaf, single flowered inflorescence
