Common Name or Meaning The Terete Leafed Maxillaria

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in Colombia and Ecuador at elevations of 250 to 1100 meters as a small sized, hot to cool growing epiphtye with cylindrical pseudobulbs carrying a single terete, erect, subulate, obtuse, fleshy leaf that blooms on a single flowered inflorescence with oblong, longly apiculate floral bracts and holding the flower close to the pseudobulb base.
