Found in Malaysia and Sumatra in montane forests as a mini-miniature sized, warm, pendulous growing epiphyte with short, basally branching stems carrying 2 rowed, fleshy, triangular, grooved on the upper side, sometimes reddish brown leaves that blooms in the spring on an axillary, 2 flowered, short inflorescence
