LATE EARLY

Common Name Poilane's Micropera [French Collector of the type species 1900's] - In China Xiao Nang Lan

Flower Size 1/2" [1.25 cm]

Found in Hainan province of China and Vietnam on trees or on rocks in mixed forests at elevations around 200 to 600 meters as a giant sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a climbing, elongate stem carrying many, linear, leathery, obtuse leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on a racemose, rachis to [24 cm] long, 20 to 25 flowered inflorescence with tiny floral bracts.
