Found in Junin department of Peru at elevations around 800 to 1000 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing terrestrial with an ascending rhizome giving rise to an erect, thin stem carrying linear-lanceolate, acuminate, rounded basally, shortly petiolate base leaves that blooms on an erect, terminal, short, .88” [2.2 cm] long overall, peduncle .6” [1.5 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence
