Found in Junin Peru in wet montane forests without locational inflormation as a miniature sized, warm to cool, twig growing epiphyte with narrowly to broadly elliptic, lightly complanate, sulcate pseudobulbs subtended by 2 pairs of imbricate, scarious, grading larger above sheaths and carrying a single, apical, linear-lanceolate, acute, coriaceous, conduplicate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on 1 to 2, axillary, erect, scapose, terete, slender, stiff, to 5.2" [13 cm] long, densely flowered inflorescence with 3 to 4 distant, small, ovate bracts and narrowly ovate floral bracts.
