Found in Yunnan province of China in hemlock forest at elevations of 2200 to 3300 meters as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with 2, broadly ovoid rounded apically , gray green leaves that blooms in the later summer on an erect, lax, many flowered inflorescence with ovate floral bracts.
