Found in southern Vietnam in broad-leaved and mixed forests at elevastions of 1000 to 1500 meters as a minature to small sized, cool growing terresttrial with an erect, slender stem carrying 2 to rarely 3, triangular-cordate, acute, finely undulat along the margin leaves that blooms in the earlier fall on an erect, .8 to 4" [2 to 10 cm] long, 3 to 8 flowered inflorescence with cuneate floral bracts and carrying dull purple-green flowers
