Common Name The Xichang Neofinetia in China Xi Chang Feng Lan

Found in southwestern Sichuan China on tree trunks along valleys at elevations of 1400 to 1500 meters as a miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with a stem carrying many, distichous, linear-oblong, conduplicate, obliquely bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the spring on an axillary, peduncle .12 to .2" [3 to 5 mm] long, 1.6 to 2" [4 to 5 cm] long ovarall, 3 to 4 flowered inflorescence carrying flowers that do not have a fragrance.
