Common Name The Fan Shaped Nephelaphyllum

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in north Borneo in lower montane forests at elevations around 1600 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with a triangular, purple spotted, obtuse, abruptly narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the winter, on a short, basal, few to several flowered inflorescence

Often this species has been lumped in with Nephelaphyllum pulchrum but Wood 2011 shows both forms and their differences.
