Common Name Cumberleg's Nervilia - In China Liu Su Yu Lan

Found in north central Thailand and central Taiwan in grasslands at elevations around 750 to 800 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing terrestrial with a whitish, ovoid to globose tuber giving rise to a light green, reniform to broadly cordate, adaxially sparsely setulose, 10 or more veined, undulate margins, rounded apically, cordate basally into the short, erect, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the spring on an erect, green, 2.8 to 3.6" [7 to 9 cm] long, 2 to 3 flowered inflorescence and carrying an erect, wide opening, non-resupinate flower.
