Found in Northern Territory and Queensland Australia among grass in open forests and woodlands at elevations of sea level to 100 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot growing terrestrial with a circular, ground hugging, pale gray green, granular, irregular margined leaf that blooms in the late spring and early summer on a 2.4 to 4" [6 to 10 cm] long, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence. .
