Flower Size 1.4" [3.5 cm]

Found in India, the Nicobar Islands, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Java, Sumatra, Borneo, New Guinea and Fiji in montane forests at elevations around 1200 to 2000 meters as a miniature to just small sized, cool growing terrestrial orchid with an orbicular, 5 to 7 lobed, apical lobe acute, shiny green, cordate below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms in the late spring on an erect, 4 to 6" [10 to 15 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with the flower being held sideways.
