Common Name The Shaggy Oberonia [refers to the hispid ovary]

Found in the Philippines at elevations of 800 to 1300 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with an erect to semipendent stem carrying sword-shaped, fleshy, slightly curved, overlapping and 2 ranked leaves that blooms on a terminal, slender, to 4" [10 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with linear to lanceolate, equal in length to the ovary floral bracts.
