Common Name Pauz's Oberonia [Pauzi Husin Malaysian Guide and Orchid Enthusiast current]
Flower Size .08 to .088" [2 to 2.2 mm] long
Found in penninsular Malaysia in secondary forests at elevations around 938 meters as a warm growing epiphyte with an erect to spreading to descending stem enveloped completley by imbricating leaf sheath bases acarrying 4 to 8, held in a fan, distichous, bilaterally compressed, green, linear to narrowly elliptic, slightly incurved, tapering to an acute apex leaves that blooms in the spring and fall on a straight to arching, terminal, peduncel to .44" [1.1 cm] long, cylindrical, extending to [4.8 to 13.5 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence carrying the flowers in a subloose spiral, first half of the rachis has sterile buds or dwarfed flowers with deformed lips.
