Common Name The Slim Leaved Oberonia
Flower Size .04" [1 mm]
Found in Thailand, Malaysia, Sumatra, Java and Borneo at elevations around 400 to 500 meters as a miniature sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with very short, often tufted stems carrying 3 to 5, linear-falcate, acuminate, fleshy leaves that blooms on a shortly pedunculate, rachis cylindrical, 2.4 to 4.8" [6 to 12 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acuminate, glabreous, somewhat dentate margined floral bracts.
Seidenfaden stated that the sepals of the flowers are light red, the petals red and the lip is bright red.
