Found in the Moluccas in lowland forests at elevations of 85 to 450 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot growing epiphyte with pendant, 8 to 12" [20 to 30 cm] long, clustered, elongate, flexuous, glabrous stems enveloped almost copmpletely by many erect, patent, imbricate, lanceolate, acute, leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect then arching, elongated, cylindrical, 2.4" [6 cm] long, racemose inflorescence with patent, ovate-lanceolate, acute, glabrous, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying minute, non-resupinate flowers.
