Common Name The Reverse Heart Shaped Oberonia -In China Ju Hong Yuan Wei Lan

Found in the the Chinese Himalayas, eastern Himalayas, Assam, Nepal, Myanmar and Thailand in forests on rocks at elevations of 1350 to 3000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing lithophyte with a leafy, compressed stem carrying linear, falcate, acute, fleshy leaves that blooms in the summer and fall on an axillary, erect, slender, verticillate, .8 to 3" [2 to 7.5 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with much longer than the pedicel, lanceolate, acuminate, distantly serrate floral bracts carrying orange brown, verticillate flowers.
