Found in the Mindano Philippines at higher elelvations as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte with an upright to semi-pendulous stem carrying distichous, flattened leaves that blooms in the late fall and early winter on axillary, .6" [1.5 cm] long, few to several flowered inflorescence
CAUTION I am not sure of this determination and the photos above do not jive with Cootes photo so please use with caution, this seems very close to O parvula
