Common Name or Meaning The Erose Lip Octomeria

Flower Size .2" [5 mm]

Found in Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, northeastern Peru and northern Brazil in rain or cloud forests at elevations of 100 to 1500 meters as a mini-miniature to small sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with erect to subpendulous ramicauls carrying a single, apical, oblong leaf that blooms on a fascile of short single flowered inflorescence carrying the flowers in a cluster at the leaf and stem junction.
