Found northern Queensland Australia at elevations of 600 to 1400 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with an erect to curving stam carrying 3 to 6, erect, distichous, alternate, sessile, slightly grooved, cylindrical, basally imbricate sheathed leaves that blooms in the late winter and earlier spring on an axillary, erect, .4 to 1.2" [1 to 3 cm] long, 5 to 20 flowered inflorescence carrying porrect, non resupinate flowers.
