Found in Colombia as a natural hybrid between O. crispum O. lindleyanum as a medium sized, cold growing epiphyte with ovoid, rather compressed pseudobulbs carrying 2, linear-ligulate, acute leaves that blooms on a gracefully arching, 36" [105 cm] long, rather loosely many flowered inflorescence
