Common Name The Ugandan Oeceoclades

Found in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Gulf of Guinea Islands, Zaire, Ethiopia and Uganda in primary forests at elevations of 1000 to 1200 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool growing terrestrial and occasional epiphyte with superposed, more or less fusiform pseudobulbs carrying 2 to 3, apical, narrowly elliptic to ovate-elliptic, irregularily articulated petiolate base leaves that blooms in the fall on a paniculate, compact, 2.4 to 5.6" [6 to 14 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence.
