Common Name Don's Oncidium [Scottish Collector in Brazil 1800's]

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in Bahia, Espirito Santo, Rio de Janiero, Sao Paulo, Parana and Santa Catarina states of Brazil in cool mountains at elevations of 600 to 1800 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing lithophyte with obovate, clustered pseudobulbs carrying 2 to 4, apical leaves that blooms on an erect, paniculate, 12 to 24" [30 to 60 cm] long, to 10 flowered inflorescence.
